Refund policy

If you are not happy with your piece, contact us through the Contact page within 30 days of delivery to arrange a return.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. The item must be returned in its original condition. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Because every piece is handmade and one of a kind, photos show the actual piece you will receive, and natural variations in the wood, such as grain, color and small cracks, are not defects.

Once we receive the returned piece and confirm its condition, we will refund your payment. If your order arrives damaged, contact us right away through the Contact page so we can make it right.
